Arrived in the afternoon with my 82 year old mam for a one night stay. Was impressed from the time we drove into the grounds... the stunning hydrangeas in the car park! Check in was friendly and quick. We were shown to our room and WOW the view when we opened the door! A stunning sea view overlooking Inchydoney Beach... More

We went for Sunday lunch. It was very busy and the service was pleasant but very slow. The food however was worth waiting for. Not sure if I would go back again on a Sunday though with a noisy post wedding party all over the place.

We ate in the bar, and what wonderful views over the sea. If the weather was good you could sit outside on what I would call an 'infinity terrace'. The food was great, fresh and served with a smile, and a bit of Kerry craic! It's a bit out of the way, but well worth the journey.

I feel bad giving only 3 out of 5 as it is a nice hotel (albeit a bit old fashioned) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give 3.5 out of 5 but that's not an option! On a particularly sunny day in June, my husband and I (who were staying at a different hotel nearby)... More

We ate at the terrace overlooking the sea the crab claws and wine for 25€. The crab claws were cooked on a lemon creamy sauce and there was enough for 2 to share which it was fantastic. Kira, our waiter was very nice and super helpful. thanks

I was taken for lunch to this hotel and I very much enjoyed a fresh crabmeat salad. Also the view of the sea and the beach in spite of some grey skies and rain.

Hotel and setting is lovely with sea view from our room, rooms were a decent size and had all we needed. Real Fires in the foyer instead of the fake ones would be a nice improvement ! Bar food was only average, fish didn't seem very fresh and I would have expected better food considering the price of the rooms... More

I have had lunch here a couple of times and the setting has to to be seen to be believed looking out at the Atlantic Ocean and to Inchidonny Island on your left! We've had a range of things from soup, open crab sandwiches (highly recommended) and toasted sandwiches and scones. All were lovely and the atmosphere is so relaxed... More
