Excellent food and helpful staff. Would recommend for those who like quality rather than quantity. Menu small enough choices but something for everyone at the same time. Will be going back for sure.

My wife and I enjoyed a date night in Sage on the 14th of January and the place was packed. Nice to see Reidin on host duty - best of luck. The food as usual was impeccable. The little amuse bouche was a perfect winter "canape". I can't remember exactly what we ate, but I did have the Hake for... More

Food was good and service was good. An all round good restaurant. Just being told a lot about the restaurant and its overall Philosophy. It was missing that overall sharpness or the smaller finer details of being a great restaurant. Overall, i enjoyed it and ill be back.

This restaurant prides itself not just on the quality of the cooking and presentation of the food but also on its provenance and origin. The menu was original and innovative. Most of the produce sourced within a 12 mile radius supporting local producers and ensuring quality fresh food. The delightful black pudding is made in house. Our food, which included... More
