This is a lovely Irish pub which has loads of different beers, wine and whisky to choose from. They even make their own stout/porter which is not bad but as good as Guinness. We did not have any food in the bar, so I cannot comment on that. It is like the Tardis on the inside as it stretches far... More

Fantastic pub serving food. This looks quite a small pub from the outside, but it's like the Tardis, much bigger on the inside. It is full of character and nooks and crannies with loads of bars to get served from. I am reliably informed that the pub is normally very crowded, however when we visited on a Friday lunchtime/afternoon it... More

I'm not a big fan of Beer......but I learned to enjoy! Gibney's Pub is pretty famous all over Ireland! Great food! Fun Place! They don't know how to make old fashioned's but I understand as its Guinness time!

This is a legendary pub, I posted I was there on facebook and a dozen friends came back saying that it was they;re old haunt. We stopped just for food, it was very reasonably priced, serviced quickly and good quality. We had a pint of course and during our time there some musicians started to play.

Quirky and interesting pub with huge wine, gin and whiskey selection. Smell bit off putting and lots of staff standing around.

I ordered what was called panned fried chicken. The only way to describe it was slop. Someone that I was with had the Nachos and said that it was like Doritos with Hormel chili poured on. This is really just a bar, avoid the food.

I've been to this pub with friends a number of times over the years as we love it, it seems very popular with the locals too, as last night there was a pub quiz on,

Nice and big pub which serves great food. The staff is very friendly. The only thing which didnt please us too much was that we had to place our own food order at the bar.

I had dinner with a large group of colleagues without reservation and without advance warning but the meal was delicious and served promptly. The menu had typical pub fare but not just; I had a salad which was generous and wholly fresh ingredients. Friendly staff, nice ambience, fun atmosphere. Highly recommended.
