Love this place and am never disappointed when I eat here. Mind you on this occasion it was very busy and we had to wait a half an hour before we could even place an order. This doesn't seem so bad when the pints of Guinness are so good!! They have an extensive menu with lots of specials. All of... More

Been there several times and will come again for sure. Service is a bit slow when they're busy which is normal but portions are huge and delicious! My personal No1 is the seafood chowder and the chips! Good location, small but cosy

I cannot believe that such accommodation as is on offer at this establishment still exists ! My husband and I booked for 2 nights in what is a beautiful sea side town , the double room on inspection was on the first floor horrible dated dirty carpet on route . The room itself was just about big enough to contain... More

Crowded but they made room for us. Good service. V nice steak, salmon a bit over done. We left at 10.00 before the trad session started.

Typical Irish pub restaurant, with fine menu selection. Recommended by our hosts and others, and heard shocking stories about some of the local hotel food! Good service, though we did meet about 6 staff members eager to take out order within the first 10 minutes. Food was grand, only disappointment was having to fully crack open all parts of your... We ordered fish and chips for two, asked if the fish was fresh and was assured it was, service was fast and we knew why when we commenced eating. The fish was not fresh and covered it terrible batter, chips were re-heated and that put a dampener on the remainder of the meal, standard fare but not cheap, we expected... More

Called in yesterday, the place was packed. We went upstairs looking to see if they would have a table for 9 only to meet a very rude waiter who instead of greeting us and advising politely that they don't have any free tables, he chose to speak in a very unfriendly manner leaving us with a bad taste in our...
