I would definitely recommend a visit to Crockets on the Quay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, I recommend the fish and chips! They also have great live music, my favourite being Doppler, a great two man band!

We had a family birthday party here. It is a great venue to host a party with a large dance floor. The bar area is also spacious, making it easier to be served.

We were out of luck on our visit to Crocketts,it was a beautiful evening & across the road the water was shimmering & little boats bobbing & seabirds swooping but as we entered the restaurant ( which is a pub) we were told the dining-room was closed & would we take a table in the bar?... It was very dark... More

We visited the restaurant which we had done so for years. We had heard people saying how good the fish platter starter and the milk baked cod were great. We felt very average and too much food on the plate, but maybe this is an age thing! Will give it another go next year and try something different.

We come to Balina because it is my wife's father's home. We had a great time visiting with her cousins, enjoyed a great meal and had a few drinks. Service was very good, food was fine and they seated us in an area away from other guests so we could have a lively time. We'll be back.

We just had dinner there - I saw signs for 'rooms from €30', so can only imagine that the accommodation is excellent value too. The food was wonderful, and I liked the fact that although we ordered drinks from the bar, the waitress brought a bottle of water to the table without us having to request it. Lovely atmosphere and... More

Visited crockets for some pub food on our first night in Ballina during the recent spell of good weather. Lots of people enjoying the tables outdoors. We'd a lovely meal (mixed seafood starter followed by steak sandwiches). Good atmosphere inside and lots of tourists popping in. Always worth a visit.
