We were told to stop here by Steven at the Killeen House and it was a great recommendation. We sat in the glass conservatory and it was a sunny day and we could look out over the water. This was great seafood pefectly cooked and with such depth of flavor. Three of us had the seafood combination platter, which I... More

I've celebrated my wedding anniversary in Dingle, and with my husband we decided to go to the Boatyard. The restaurant is very nice, the view is beautiful, just in front of the Atlantic Ocean... Amazing! We had the Atlantic seafood platter and a lobster. Both great, even though the lobster was a bit overcooked. After the dinner, we had suggestions... More

We stayed in Dingle for a week and this was one of the nicest places we ate. The seafood was superb, the service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended for families, couples etc.

Plenty of eateries to choose from in Dingle, delighted we chose this one. Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly staff, but most importantly a chef who really understands food. All meals were of a very good standard, enjoyed by all. We had starters and main courses. The fish cakes, fish pie and mussels were particularly good.

Outside (railings etc.) would put you off this place. Don't. Inside is a lovely shabby Hamptons style decor. The food is very good, with a lot of the classic seafood type options (platters, gratins, crab claws etc.). Fits nicely between the crazy high prices of Doyles / Half Door / Out of the Blue, and the smelly fried chips 1970s... More

And we are islanders. We got the seafood platter for 2. Food was not tasty and mediocre. Uninspired. It's a no x2. Service was impolite and slow as well.

Conveniently located across from the marina, it provides good food and has a great view of the marina and harbor on a nice day.

I ordered 10oz steak with side salad and no chips - watching my figure!! Asked for steak 'well done'. Steak and chips eventually arrived. Has to be worst steak ever! Steak was obviously not freshly cooked. Looked as if microwaved. No smell off steak. Asked waiter how was steak cooked - reply: pan fried. Chips swapped for side salad. €26.50... More

Busy Tourist type restaurant, nice menu with lots of fish, I had the seafood platter which was huge and filling. Presentation of this dish could do with a little work.
