This restaurant looked stunning on a winter's evening in Kenmare. On arrival we were greeted and shown our table. Our waitress was attentive to our needs. On reading the menu, my initial thoughts were expensive for 2 courses, just shy of €40. But the ambience was lovely. The starters were predominantly seafood, and unfortunately have an allergy to this, with soup... More

Had a lovely family meal here before Christmas, excellent as usual and Mike the owner came out at the end of the meal to say hello to all the diners, always a good sign to see the man behind the scenes, not our first time here and certainly won't be our last, food was delicious and staff very friendly and... Kenmare is full of great eateries and this one is right up there. The location of this old building and the walk up to the front door is so inviting and warm. Really good food offerings served and presented really immaculately without any pretensions. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are lovely and friendly. The chef even came out to see if we enjoyed our meals then offered us complimentary drinks. I will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be back.

The Lime Tree showcases some of the best local produce Co Kerry has on offer. Excellent seafood, succulent lamb and yummy desserts - the bread and butter pudding was a standout. The ambience was lovely and the menu and wine selections were exstensive. Was full on a Wednesday night so I do recommend booking.

We visited this cosy little restaurant on a busy Saturday evening, and were very glad that we had made a reservation as this is an incredibly popular place to eat. The greeting was warm and friendly and the place was buzzing. The food was excellent and the wonderful starters included my favorite, the "Deconstructed Prawn Cocktail with Cognac and a... More
