Rhombus Craft Brewery is a family owned brewery and restaurant based in Pazardzhik, where one can observe the beer making process. We have a variety of both traditional and experimental craft beers on tap and bottles to go. We serve house-made comfort food made with focus on locally sourced fresh ingredients.

An interesting brewery in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by an industrial area and fields. I love beer and tried all 5 types. It is a bit dark in the restaurant, not everything on the menu was available, the schnitzel was not from bon filet and had veins. But the soup, potatoes, beef meatballs and pork with leeks were very tasty.
We also got unpasteurized beer to take home.

We went for a day trip to Pazardzhik and decided to eat there. A friend of mine recommended this brewery and I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a great idea. The beer was great, also the food was great - I would definitely love to visit again!

Fantastic place!!! Wow, we had a great time there! Food was delicious (all sorts of BBQ, smoked ribs, pulled pork etc.).
You have to check it out if you are a beer lover. Lots of beers to choose...IPAs, pale ales etc...
Highly recommend!!!

It’s a great place with the best craft beer in town and one of the best craft beers in Bulgaria. Rhombus also offers rooms for stay and a short trip of its own beer manufacturing line on side. Highly recommended!!!

Nice craft beer, tasty food and fair prices. What else can you ask for? Oh wait, the service and the interior also deserve to be cheered. And they have a garden.
It’s a bit off the beaten path but it’s worth the time spent.

Between Sofia and Plovdiv my experience is connected mainly to the highway fast food.
This place if in Sofia, would occupy one of the top sports for me. And I’m not a beer maniac.
The food so absolutely astonishing- simple yet tasty.
The beer is also very nice- certainly the draft beer offered in 5-6 varieties.
It’s a self service place- ask the bartender and take the beer, the food will come in minutes.

Rhombus is already known as on of the best craft breweries in Bulgaria. Being a personal favourite of mine, I was very curious about the food offer. Even though I had high expectations, they managed to surprise me. Fantastic food! I ate tripe soup (which I did not expect to find at all there to be honest) and smoked beef ribs. Both were delicious. Actually that is also a bit of an understatement for the ribs. They were absolutely fantastic! Service was very friendly and fast. Beer was amazing as expected. A nice addition is that there you can try beer which they only sell in the restaurant. 8 taps if I am not mistaken. Very cool ambiance! Highly recommended! It’s worth a detour if you are on the highway and definitely even worth traveling to Pazardzhik just to eat there.

If you like your Craft Beer and are anywhere near Pazardzhik or Plovdiv in Bulgaria, then seek out this place. 10 minutes in a taxi from the Railway Station (plenty of taxis outside the station) at Pazardzhik. We messaged them privately via Facebook a few days before arriving to make sure they were definitely as there is very little information on the internet about these. They responded quickly to tell us they were.
When we arrived, we had to ring the doorbell (!) and were welcomed by the brew team who were very friendly and accommodating, spoke good English. They do not receive many visitors to sit in and drink at the bar as is primary function is to fill p the locals' plastic bottles for takeaway. Orph'ale (Pale Ale), Craft Lager, English Porter, Hefeweizen, Aloha (IPA), Kirschtorte (Cherry cake Berliner Weisse) all an draft, plus the Boston Tea Party (NE IPA) & Black IPA from the bottle range. All the beers were good - and cheap! - but the NE IPA was exceptional. Wished we could have stopped longer.
