First time in the area. Maazi was recommended. Was far beyond our expectations. Superb food and the staff were delightful. Bonus was getting a free lift home! Will definitely be returning.

I visited Maazi last week and brought a guest with me who hadn't been before. Wow how impressed she was! Super food and excellent service, a credit to the guys who work there. The new dishes on the specials menu are really tasty as well as one of the old school favorites that my guest tried

We stayed locally at a campsite and the delivery comes straight to your pitch. Food is exceptionally hot and superb quality. Dishes are very tasty and different. Would recommend this without hesitation.

Maazi is my all time favourite place to eat in Derbyshire! The food is always and we always feel so happy and welcome here. From midweek meals to family dinners, It was my 1st choice for my 30th birthday party in their private dining area. From booking the venue to organising the menu, Irfan was fantastic. The menu was created... More

The restaurant presents really well. From the wall of candles at the entrance to the well lit fret work panel at the end of the dining area the ambience is well done. The service too was fine with the waiter taking his time to wax lyrically about each of the 6 chef specials. If only they'd lived up to his... More

We ate here on a Sunday evening and were surprised by how busy the place was. Initially the staff were attentive and we had no complaints with the food, in fact it exceeded our expectations. I had a starter and my partner decided not to, instead looking forward to something sweet after the main course followed by a liqueur coffee.... More

Take away food is terrible, felt poorly the day after. Food had lots of oil in it and tasted bad/unusual. Really small portions and tasted poor. Won't ever have a take away from here again. Avoid.

Worst Indian takeaway in my life!!!! Booked £60 of takeaway for collection at 9pm. Finally left at 9.30! After being told 6 times 5 minutes. The food was shocking and not fit for pig swill. Greasy greasy greasy!!! Pots full of fat with bits of food floating. Madras what hot but no flavour only grease and chilli!! Ordered some chips... More

From the moment my wife & myself stepped out of the taxi, spying the Tuk Tuk on top of the entrance, we knew this would be an experience! From the rose petals on the stairs to the offer of a lift back to where we were staying was a really enjoyable evening. The attention from the staff made you feel... More
