Having stopped at this remote and off the beaten track venue twice and had meal and a lunch time drink I can only say that it is the perfect place for break while on a journey through this part of the country. Very restful as...More

We came here for my birthday lunch on Sunday, and couldn’t fault it. Good service, and the best Sunday roast ever, especially the cauliflower cheese 😍 £19 for two courses so really inexpensive. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a nice meal for two here although it is off the main road it is well sign posted. Menu was fine and service was fast and polite. Not too dear to pay we would go back

Great food, reasonably priced in a fantastic setting. It was presented beautifully and the customer service was truly top notch. Would def recommend. We will return frequently.

Our first Sunday lunch here. The pub was very busy so expect a leisurely lunch but where else would you want to be and the food is well worth waiting for! The devilled kidneys with the mustard sauce were to die for. Then came the...More

I came here recently with my family for brunch and it was just delicious! There is a great selection of continental foods to pick at while you wait, teas, coffee and juice. I had the superfruit smoothie which was amazing followed by smashed avocado on...More

We have eaten here a dozen or so times over the past 4 months. We initially loved it. However, the past 4-5 meals have not been enjoyable. We have been there this evening and three hours on we both have that horrid sickly, greasy taste...More
