A must stop for their fabulous ice-cream in a great range of flavours. My fav is the Strawberry & Kiwi Pavlova - the mango, lemon meringue are delicious too.

Fantastic selection of quality home made ice cream with a pleasant coffee shop above with fantastic views over the harbour. Our favourite coffee shop sitting with an ice cream followed by a very good coffee on a sofa looking out over the harbour to donegal beyond.

We stopped in the shop downstairs for an ice cream, not realising that there was a cafe upstairs. Having found a table, I can highly recommend it - a great view, with excellent local ice cream. The cafe menu looked good, if only we'd spotted it earlier!

My wife myself and our 3 yr old visited this establishment today and I can honestly say that it is the dirtiest cafe I've ever been in. While I waited on our cofee to be brewed i was really shocked at how filthy the area behind the counter was. There was cofee and dirt caked all over the machines and... More

Good coffee shop. Lacked a little atmosphere and strange access via a card shop didn't help. Coffee shop is upstairs and access would be difficult for disabled / elderly.

We came here for ice cream and it was very nice. Live music, great view and nice ice cream. The word count is saying that I need to tell you more so I will tell you again that the ice cream flavours were unusual/different! !

Roughans has the nicest scones I know and if you go down in the morning just after 9.30 you will get them lovely and warm from the oven. It overlooks Portstewart promenade with lovely sea views. Nice an relaxing for a coffee and scone in the morning or event a bit of lunch.

I used to love going here but on Monday I took my young 15 year old granddaughter into this ice-cream, coffee shop but was shocked to find that if you want tea you have to pay £1.00 for hot water. Was told that it was because so many people using 1 pot of tea for 2 people??? Also went into... More

Popped in here for an ice cream and thought we'd have to sit on the pavement, looking at the building work on the front. (It's going to look amazing when it's finished...) The lady who served us suggested we go upstairs, where we had a lovely view out to sea. Thank you!!
