Been a few times but don't think we will go back .food v nice but seems to be a targeted clientele .we have never felt welcome or comfortable .staff efficient but unfriendly to the point of rudeness .I think this attitude comes from above i.e. Manager

Our annual church bus run went here for the afternoon. We where treated to a fine display of pottery making by the owner then we had afternoon tea served in a private room the whole experience was great everyone enjoyed themselves and the food and service was of the highest standard. After the afternoon tea we all had time to... More

We spent a wonderful afternoon enjoying the beauty and history of Ballydougan Pottery, Restaurant and Coffee lounge. We were fortunate enough to be there when the brilliant Sean was giving a pottery demonstration prefaced by a "potted " history of the House and its Huguenot origins. What a great introduction to the afternoon. This special treat was followed by a... More

Very pleasant ride in the country out of Portadown. Shop had an address of Craigavon on GPS. Very disappointed in the merchandise. Cheap overpriced knick knacks cluttered the displays. Pottery design lacked imagination and seemed overpriced as well. There was even dust on the dishes. Did not go into the tea room but it sounded busy. From the conversation, average... More

I have eaten here many times, always for lunch, with both family and friends. I generally take one of the open sandwiches, the soup and sandwich combo or the salad but have seen most of the other dishes on offer.I think it is good value for money and the daily special is enjoyed by many and personally speaking, I never... Attended here with my mother, auntie, sister in law and nephew. Food was absolutely delicious for all of us. Soup was homemade with bread. All food and drinks are served on pottery made in Ballydougan. It is very homely and warm. Only downside was the portion size for a 2year old is quite big and expensive.
