I'd really recommend here for brunch, lunch or afternoon tea. The deli salads are great, especially the beetroot one and the one with orzo, wild rice and quinoa. Also, it's possible to order 4 half portions for the price of 2 so you can try more of them!

After a 3rd visit and 3rd bad experience I feel compelled to write a review. Between food (mushrooms) being off, cracked and dirty (not fresh soiling) jugs, food not being cooked as requested (no runny yolks please), barely warm food on cold plates, being overcharged... one has to ask how can so many things over 3 visits be so wrong?... This is a great place no matter what time of day you go in, the food is always fresh and it tastes wonderful. They have really nice breads and super deserts. You won't go hungry in this place.

Nice ambience when you find the place!I was looking for a yellow door...There is a good variety on the menu for breakfast.I had eggs benedict which was very good, particularly the ham.Others had chilli scrambled eggs on sour dough which looked excellent.I tried the regular scrambled eggs which were very good.I found the waiting staff friendly and informative, telling me how much... Enjoyed an excellent Saturday lunch on the recommendation of friends. Delicious food (the bread was amazing) and pleasant, capable staff. Met the owner, Simon, who was very welcoming and obviously loves producing quality, locally sourced food for his customers. Recommended.

This is a bit of an institution in the area and has earned it. Simon has a well earned reputation for excellent food. You wont get better bread in N Ireland, its that simple. The deli and almost all the food served here are excellent and locally produced ingredients used. Its just......missing little things now and again. Service...could be better... More

I've been in the yellow door in lisburn and it is pretty much the same and that's a good thing. Food good, service good. It's a good premium choice.
