My boyfriend and I stayed in Portrush for a couple of days. On our first evening we stopped at Don Gio's as all the other places seemed to be overcrowded. The atmosphere inside is very nice, not much noise from the street and quiet Jazz/ Blues music. We had the fish of the day (cod) with rosemary potatoes and a... More

Probably one of the worst meals I have had at a Restaurant in recent memory. We ordered a Pizza and some pasta dishes and all were extremely flavorless. Honestly the Pizza & Pasta reminded me of school dinners.

We ordered a kids pizza that was inedible as the base was burnt... More

The restaurant was very quiet when we were there despite all of the ones around the harbour area being very busy. The food was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. The most annoying thing I found was to be charged £1.75 for a small glass of flat coke poured from a large bottle, this is off-putting and false economy.... More

As another reviewer said - authentic pizza (very good indeed) and tasty pasta. The lasagne and spaghetti carbonara are delicious. Friendly service and relaxed ambience as well. I would have gone for 5 rather than 4 stars if the wine had been nicer; house reds are a bit thin and not up to the same standard as the lovely food... More

Great restaurant, sea bass was fresh and well cooked, kids meals were generous and well priced and the pizza tastes authentic. Worth a visit if in the area
