Having eaten in this restaurant on many occasions was so disappointed with our meal yesterday. Indeed upon bringing the problem to the attention of a waiter was not at all happy how it was dealt with. The meal was still charged full price and only didn't charge for a diluted orange which we at that point just said we would... More

Earlier this evening we had a family meal for 8 people in the newly renamed Atlantic North restaurant in the former Ramada. The Ramore's & 55oN etc were all full, yet this place was empty which was surprising at 5.30pm in early August. We placed our orders & despite the gravy for one of the meals not arriving til the end,... More

We recently ate at this restaurant while staying at the hotel. Garlic bread appetizer and vegetarian pasta entree were ok, nothing special. My husband really enjoyed the seafood chowder. He also liked his mango chicken entree. What was really bad was the service (we were there on a Saturday evening). Had to ask repeatedly for a bottle of wine which... More

Unlike other restaurants in Portrush this has space which means eating as a family is relaxed as you don't have to worry about your 9 month old throwing a knife into the next table. Food was very tasty and portions were good. Especially impressed with the portions and quality of the kids meals. Staff were really friendly ensure the overall... More

24 of us ate as part of a golf competition. We ate of a small set menu, I had hot and cold prawn cocktail, which was loverly, the chicken which was good and the cheesecake which was awesome. We all had something different but nobody had any complaints.

Some very good points - friendly, very helpful staff, good service, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, BUT, I agree with a previous reviewer who said she feared the quality of the food had gone down since the hotel changed hands. We've been coming here for some time and one of my favourite dishes is now off the menu (duck legs with... More

The food was lovely and the restaurant was very busy but I found the service quite slow. We have been here on many occasions and this was definitely the slowest but never the less the food was gorgeous and worth waiting for

Myself and four friends dropped into the Counties for a mid-week lunch. Except for myself, steak was the order of the day and everyone seemed pleased. Some of us ordered the clam chowder starter, which tasted fine but the potato content was a bit too much so much so I thought maybe I was getting an Irish fish stew! My... More

This restaurant is part of the Ramada Hotel open to the public. Food is always good and very reasonably priced a two course dinner for two people with drinks cost £22. worth a visit/
