We popped in for a quick bite, and after being ignored by the staff, endured a ridiculously long wait for a panini and a wrap. Bit pricey for all that it was, and the food is nothing special but at least it was edible. Poor...all round and we will not be back.More
Recently purchased 2 peanut butter stacks from the shop in Carrickfergus, was shocked when the total came to £9, this is far too expensive for 2 tray bakes. I'd think management would need to have another look at cost price on items in the shop.More

A peanut stack is not a tray bake its a dessert. made by the world famous New York company Sweet Street. The price is the price and seeing as its our best selling dessert at over a hundred a week it really must not be...More

food was piping hot which is great to see

We have mainly nipped into Creed for take away coffees on and off for the past year and every time the service is unbelievably poor and slow. We often excused it as staff being under pressure with it being busy but having been in several...times now and being the only customers in the shop, we can no longer use that as an excuse. We also tried their pre order service thinking that would speed things up but unfortunately it was just as slow. The staff usually fail to acknowledge you are standing there for the first few minutes and a lengthy wait then ensues. The shame about it is, the coffees once you do get them, are usually good quality. I don’t know how many times we have stood waiting longer for two coffees than others have waited for hot food, it makes absolutely no sense to me that their barista can’t make takeaway coffees in less than 15/20 minutes. I’ve read other great reviews and every time I hope we get a good staff experience but it just never happens. Sorry Creed, would love to support local but it’s time we called it quits. After endless experiences with unfriendly, slow staff who look at you like you have two heads when they eventually realise you would like to be served and can’t muster a smile or force a bit of small chat when the place is quiet, we are officially giving up :(More
Came here today and we got 2 coffees, a warm caeser salad and a bun and it came to £15 which is very good. My frappe was amazing and the warm caeser salad, Wow. It was delicious such a big portion and was so yummy....Will definitely be recommending.More
Called in on Monday for breakfast and I wasn’t disappointed. Sanitisation station as soon as you walk in and the place was spotless. Reassured me in dining here. Ordered at the till and wasn’t long before my order came. Coffee was just what I needed...and the avocado breakfast was really tasty and well presented. Poached eggs 👌. I’ll definitely be back, I seen that there was a good selection of desserts that I’ll maybe need to try.More
For about 15 of the last 19 weeks we have ordered sunday lunch to be delivered. On a good week the delivery is 15 minutes late. Usually it is 30+ minutes late and an hour is not unusual. Every week I ring to check the...delivery I am told they are very busy. Here's a suggestion....if you cant fulfil the order on time because you are too busy, dont take the order. Clearly customer service is of zero importance.
I was very happy to support this business during the early days of lockdown when I am sure they were finding it difficult. Unfortunately, now that they are busy, they do not feel it necessary to provide good service to customers that supported them through the difficult times.
The have had 15 chances to get it right, time to use someone else.More

Don't worry staff have been advised not to accept an order from you in future due to the absolutely disgusting way that you thought acceptable to speak to a member of staff. Yes we are busy and are working extremely hard under challenging working conditions...More
