My husband and I dined here after having a couples massage at the spa. We wanted to eat something light so decided to get a couple of share plates. The prices seemed about average for Maui so we were quite surprised when the dishes arrived and were quite large. We had lettuce wraps and the ceviche and it was easily... More

Mai tai excellent, thank you Aubree for your great service. The lounge is very open and friendly. Food is available, but we were coming up from Lahina where we had had breakfast earlier, so not hungry, but the drinks were excellent.

Had hummus and fresh veggies several evenings! We sat on the patio by the table fire and it was the most relaxing environment!!!

We stayed here at the Ritz. Upon check in after a long day of travel, we decided to explore the hotel property and have a snack and a welcome Mai Tai We chose the Alaloa lounge. We were greeted by Victor who suggested the Mai Tai and the lettuce wrapped Thai chicken wraps. Both were excellent. Best on the Island.... More

I gave this place three stars for entertainment, Hawaiian dancer and bartender I ordered the lettuce wraps and couldn't stomach it. While the portion is large the meat is swimming in a sugary, soupy mess. My husband enjoyed his burger Can't believe all the other dining venues are closed midweek- I'm sure it's because shoulder season started yesterday, but can't... More

The lounge inside the Ritz Carlton is at the entry level of the hotel, which means it's fairly high up the side of the hill, affording some absolutely delicious views of the pools and the ocean. You can sit inside on some long tables next to the really cool artwork. Or at one of the few more cozy smaller tables.... More

Went to the Ritz to have sushi at Kai...but it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Fortunately, Alaloa Lounge is on the other side of the lobby. The burgers and cocktails were fabulous...Surf & Turf Burger and Island Mahi-Crab Po'Boy, albeit pricey, were succulent and flavorful. To further enhance the experience, the Ritz provides daily Hawaiian entertainment in the lobby... More

Bartender does great drinks, service is ALOHA friendly. The Ceviche is really excellent. Good Burger. High top tables in bar, uber large tv screens set on sports channels, Some outdoor tables as well. Casual and easy. Definitely good food for a casual lunch or happy hour experience, or simple dinner.

We checked in to the hotel fairly late so we wanted a light dinner. The Alaloa Lounge was the perfect place to get a salad and sandwich. The delicious meal, live entertainment, and a light breeze drifting through the lounge were a wonderful welcome to The Ritz Carlton.
