As an independant snowsport instructor in the area, my clients requested that I arrange some nice lunch spots for their week. For their final day I booked them into La Grenouille du Marais, which turned out to be the crowning glory. Having eaten at various excellent restaurants over the week, the whole group was in agreement that La Grenouille du Marais was their favourite of all. The food was excellent with appropriate portions, the staff were freindly and efficient, and the premises are charming! Thank you for looking after my clients, I'm sure to be back with more in the future!

We never miss visiting this restaurant when we're in the area. It's beautiful inside and out and the service is unbelievable. A really honest hard-working fmaily enterprise and they cannot do enough for you. Goes without saying the food is always wonderful and the views over the town of Morzine are just lovely. A few steps away from the Super Morzine bubble at the end of the day adds to its appeal.

We only planned to stay for a drink but ended up having lunch. The food was delicious but the friendliness of the man looking after us, as well as the amazing views made this a special experience. Will visit again when in Morzine.

Never eaten here but it's a great spot for the end of the day drink. Inside it's very cosy and if the sun is shining the terrace has a great view over the valley. Great music playing as well.

Great place for skiers and snowboards to meet non skiers for lunch. It is only 50m from top of Super Morzine Bubble. It has amazing views and savoury and sweet crepes to die for! Children’s menu very reasonable and includes a small cornetto for dessert.

We like this place so much, we skied back all the way from Switzerland to have lunch here on the last day. Its the atmosphere this family create in what is simply a traditional local mountain restaurant done well.

Came here for a late lunch on the way down to Morzine and stayed all afternoon. Food was great, not the cheapest but the quality was good, staff were very friendly and efficient. Location was perfect in the sunshine at the end of the day and opposite the super-moraine gondola lift down so no need for drunken skiing :)

Came in expecting to be turned away on a white out day
Luckily one family were leaving so I snaffled the last table
Service is the most pleasant I have ever experienced in the Alps
Small but lovely with a great open fire

We ate here for lunch twice in January 2017 and twice again in March 2018 on our annual ski holiday.
Great location - at the bottom of the Zore run, lovely big terrace if the weather is nice with lovely panoramic mountain views.
Inside is equally nice, with open log fire, cosy seats and nice atmosphere.
The sandwiches (huge baguettes) were really good, fresh bread and good amount of ham and cheese. The omelette & chips with huge - easily big enough to share, lovely hot fresh chips, and great Nutella pancakes !

Found this place first for a hot chocolate which was made properly in a jug and with milk not just out of a packet then returned for lunch . Omelette frites was the choice and didn’t disappoint. The building is beautiful both inside and out. Well worth a stop either for a drink and snack (crepes) or a meal.
