Fantastic meal, service and setting. Classic style Michelin. Amazing cheese selection and great outdoor lounge area. Dessert was the weakest part of an extremely tasty menu (we went with saveur menu). Crazy amount of extra surprise dishes
Located on the outskirts of Reims, this impressive restaurant is also a hotel. Not just any hotel, a super stunning, attractive, turreted chateau.
The room is large, not too large and very smart.
They have a beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room.
We stayed at the hotel at the start of a visit following the Tour de France and our small group (4 people) were booked for dinner here. From the moment we ordered drinks on the patio, before entering the restaurant, the experience was in every...More
I had previously been to some really good 1 and 2 star restaurants and did not think it could be much better. But here the food, service and the whole experience was at least one level up. We couldn't be more satisfied and dreaming of...More
We try and spoil ourselves with 1 great restaurant each holiday. in 2019 this was it!
We chose the 6 course menu which was more than enough. Each course was magnificent and each course completely different to the one before.. there wasn't a dish that...More
I had the Emotions (10 course) meal and my wife had the Saveur (I believe it was called that, but I could be wrong - it was 6 courses). While we both felt the food was well presented and for the most part delicious (my...More

This restaurant was our second three star restaurant in this visit to France. The food and service were extraordinary. The presentation of each course, with sauces added table side as each course was served kept the freshness alive. The sommelier paired terrific wines with the...More
We were initially excited about the restaurant as we had dined at a two star restaurant the night before and we had a pleasant evening and expected this to be the highlight of our trip.
The waiters looked quite intimidating in their “mafia” like outfit....More

Similarly, my husband and I didn’t have dressy clothes for this restaurant and there was a mix. Most of the other diners were dressed in dresses and jackets. Both my husband and I wore clean, dark wash jeans. I wore a black silk button down shirt and he wore button down and tweed blazer and we were both on the less dressy side. But the food was amazing and no one complained about what we were wearing and the meal was so fantastic! I say go for it.
