A nice ahady place with free wifi to have a short braek on your trip. There are a few curios (there could be more) but if you love a cactus, do stop there. Amazing plants.

Enjoyed lunch there on our way to Twyfelfontein and on the way back as well. Excellent burgers, salads, coffee and cake and I am sure the other items on the menu are just as tasty. Great, friendly service and very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A great find, hidden away. Wouldn’t have found if it wasn’t for trip advisor! Perfect place to stop, conveinently located in the middle of 4 hour drive. Recommend the toasted sandwiches.

My family & I (wife and 2 sons) had a wonderful holiday at Cactus & Coffee. We stayed in a chalet for one night when we arrived and then camped for 2 weeks thereafter. The campsite, restaurant, service and wifi ticked all right boxes in...making our holiday a memorable one. The owners and staff are incredibility attentive and friendly. There are sites to visit near and far and it is only 120km from Henties Bay. The restaurant offers great all day breakfasts, light to substantial lunch items that are all fairly priced. On arrival back home we were all missing our holiday and are keen to plan the next trip back to Uis as a base and to see the sites we did not get to. Watch this space...More

We had an unplanned stop in Uis and finding this cafe was a pleasant surprise. Great food (and good veggie options) and a really sweet outdoor garden to sit in. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

We hadn't planned on staying in Uis but got here late in the day and drove around the little town, Cactus seemed the nicest camp. Three campsites and two rooms around a small pool on the edge of town. We camped. Each has its own...ablutions and table and chairs, power etc. Lovely peaceful setting. Would definitely stay again. Free Wifi in the reception area.More

Uis is a mining town, somewhat prosperous. But except for some trekking in and around the Brandberg mountain, there isn’t much to see or do. Yet, if you happen to be looking for a lunch stop, then don’t miss this place. They have great salads,...crepes, smoothies, iced coffee and cakes. And more. You’ll sit in a lovely cactus shaded garden that feels cool despite the outside heat. And the lovely ladies will help you with a smile.More
