Visited for Sunday lunch and had the mixed carvery, the meat wasn't carved more in chunks and portion control varied from plate to plate. Overall the amount of food was okay, and the quality was reasonable but nothing special. Price was mid range for pub type carvery, may visit again if passing. The pub itself is dated and could do... Been here a few times but the prices of food are too pricey for what it is. Visited this January and the cutlery wasn't clean, the menu stack had the table number written on paper and cellotaped on. Paper menus for single use.

The Sunday Carvery is one of the best we have visited in the area. Also the staff are very helpful and polite.

We often come for carvery but we came last night for my 40th. A booking of 20, lots of different dishes and 7 steaks that were cooked to perfection.. Fantastic service and food was gorgeous. Thanks once again x
