We were directed to this place by our hotel, and we loved it! Even in cold winter nice outside place in the sun, great food price/quality and super barman Matias that served perfect Pisco Sour and Negroni from the house, hope we can be back one day, keep the place going!

Good and friendly atmosphere

The entrance of the restaurant is small but once you enter you discover a nice patio with a very nice and warm atmosphere. The menu is not full of stuff but everybody can find something to eat, the prices are reasonable. The service was a little bit messy, and the waitress forgot to bring stuff. With all of this, the staff is keeping a very good attitude, always with a smile you feel like they are your friends. There is also a possibility to share a table with other people to enjoy a good conversation. In total a good experience.

I had a beautiful memory of an earlier trip where I had lunch at the Tuscan fountain, but this time I was a little disappointed. While the food was delicious, the atmosphere was not the best. I have known Fuente Toscana since its beginnings, when they did not have more than 4 tables. Today in one of the best restaurants in Chile, located in the heart of the small city of Ovalle, in a beautiful old house with an interior garden. Its creator and chef Juan José Julià is one of those sybarites, happy and a lover of good food and good wine, creator of new Mediterranean flavors but with ingredients from the Limarí region. It is worth leaving the typical Pan-American route and going to Ovalle to taste this wonderful cuisine and wine list. Tuscany Source 10/10... and a foodie tells you so ;) Bonus 1: Then take a stroll through the market (Feria Modelo) to buy the exquisite goat cheeses from Ovalle. Bonus 2: Go to the Municipal Theater of Ovalle TMO which has an excellent theatrical line-up.

Very good place, outdoor but well protected atmosphere in an interior patio of a colonial-style house. The menu is limited but the products are good and well treated. They highlight local ingredients and Italian-inspired preparations with a local accent. Ideal to book for the weekend. Ask for the executive menu if you go during the week. Meat in poor condition and poor attention from the owner

Terrible service, I ordered a meat both times I asked to improve it, it was not good, regarding cooking and seasoning, with a taste of stale meat. I spoke with Juan the owner and I hoped to have a good answer, instead this gentleman tried the meat in front of me with a terrible disposition and tells me that he doesn't see the problem, without solving anything. I had to pay dearly for something I didn't even consume. This is the second time it has happened to me that the meat turns out bad, and they don't give a solution. I'm not going anymore

Very good atmosphere and beautiful place to share with friends, families and in my case a work trip. The service is a little slow but it's worth the wait with the delicious food they have.
