Booked for a birthday meal, having been meaning to try this restaurant for a while. Choice of set menu or a la carte. Went with set menu. Wonderful food, decent portions and reasonably priced. Nice bottle of wine. Attentive but unobtrusive service. Definitely need to book in advance - but highly recommend and would go again.

We had lunch in the Three Mariners in Oare. The food was mouthwatering and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Ten out of ten

If you have not had the pleasure of eating here rectify IMMEDIATELY. Best service, food and value in Kent. Either 13.95 or 18.95 for tree courses that i would happily pay double for. We eat out at least twice a week and i have never enjoyed anywhere more, we have been many, many times and yesterday was the best yet.... More

By far the best place to eat around Faversham. Last time I went there we had lunch outside on the back balcony, sheltered under a huge parasol. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and relaxed. I had just the fish and a salad - my friends opted for additional garlicky potatoes which are to die for and of course I ate most... More

Been wanting to get to the 3 Mariners for ages after reading all the good reviews. AT LAST we managed to get a booking to suit our available time. Now I can see why it so popular and well booked up. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals, lovely choice of menu (good to see skate on a menu), enough for me to... More

Booked this for a friend's birthday treat and also invited her 90 year old Mum. Unfortunately, we didn't realise there were several 3 Mariners in Kent and nearly ended up at the wrong one. We kept the staff advised and there was absolutely no problem. They were so welcoming when we eventually walked through the door (unlike the snooty Grand... More

Faultless quality, service and presentation. Beautiful food with great choice of options on set or a la carte menu. A treat for Sunday lunch blowing all other restaurants and pubs in the region out of the water.

We have been to The Three Mariners several times recently, and again the food and service was first class. One of the best places to eat in the area. Considering the very reasonable prices , the food really is great.

We went here last night with my boyfriend's parents and had an amazing three course meal. The local squid with aioli and smoked paprika hake were to die for! Everything was really fresh, good size portions and well seasoned. Chips were also fantastic! Others had the crab salad and Roquefort salad for starters which were incredibly fresh. The veal special... More
