We tried this pub restaurant after a very disappointing meal the night before in another pub nearby and our faith in local food was restored. Excellent choice, tasty food served by very nice staff. Good ambiance and speedy service. We will be back!

This cosy pub is a typical countryside boozer. Reasonable choice of drinks and the opportunity to meet locals who welcome new visitors. Haven’t tried the food or B&B service however I would expect this would be fine to use.

Friendly staff and clean if basic accommodation. Breakfast fine. Other guests showed little consideration for residents in neighbouring rooms, and were very loud and raucous late at night, which spoilt the stay.
