Ekaete Pink Corner was offering delivery since the restaurant is closed due to COVID. The owner delivered delicious authentic Caribbean food. We had the stewed oxtails and chicken roti, and they were both amazing!! Simply text the owner and request the menu for the day...(preferably order the day before). She was very responsive. I messaged the restaurant on FaceBook and they sent me the phone number. It was pretty much the only real Caribbean food available in Coral Bay. Good stuff!! Since it was the off season and during COVID, many restaurants were closed or had weird hours, so meals ended up to be somewhat of a challenge.More

Really sweet and kind people. Food made from scratch, no rush there. Very good and different. This area just cam through a horrendous hurricane year and so it has not recovered. Also, it is the unpopulated end of the island. All places may require you...stop by and check on hours.More

Esther was such a kind caring lady - taught to cook by her mother and grandmother (Ekaete) Great local hospitality and atmosphere in a beautifully painted pink and green wooden cottage

We were fortunate to stop by and meet Miss Esther! She made us wonderful rum drinks and we really enjoyed our chat. For a take-out dinner, Miss Esther made us delicious curried goat and oxtail with rice and salad, an incredible beef roti and a...yummy meat pie! What a memorable dinner! Thank you!More

Esther provides an outstanding meal offering bbq chicken or ribs, oxtail, and curried goat! My husband had both the oxtail and curried goat which were excellent and I had the BBQ chicken which was also exceptional. She also gives you fresh veggies, scalloped potatoes and...rice. Do not leave without her homemade ice cream! I had her peanut butter and my husband had the rum raisin. We had stopped by earlier and bought a few meat pies which we saved to heat for breakfast since we didnt want to ruin our appetite for dinner! You need to let her know when you want to come and she will plan on your arrival. Just call! excellentMore

Six of us stopped in today and ordered smoothies. Esther made us tropical-orange smoothies with coconut and mango. Very yummy and refreshing after our hike. We also ordered dinner for tomorrow night. Her preferred method is to call in a reservation earlier in the day,...or stop by (like we did) the day before. She will tell you what’s on the evening’s menu. She needs to know the time you’re coming and the number of people. If her dinner is as good as her smoothies, it will be very good! Lots of seating indoors and shady spots outside. More reviews tomorrow night.More

We stayed in Coral Bay last week and drove by this place many times. It was only open 1 day! We looked at their facebook hours and it was supposed to be open during "in season" but it never was.

First of all with all due respect. What you said about my Restaurant was not open last week is a bold face lie

Great food and wonderful, friendly staff. We didn’t realize they take only cash, and didn’t have enough on us to pay. So, at the end of our meal, they just gave us the bill and told us to come back and pay later. They earned...a big tip for that, when we came back to settle up the next day!More

Excellent smoothies served with friendly pride! This is a great stop. We didn’t try the food but I suspect it’s great and a great local alternative to the busy bar scene found elsewhere in Cruz Bay.

Excellent food here. The owner, Esther, is an amazing cook and warm hostess. We felt like family as we dined in the shade of her tidy restaurant. The Curry Goat was delicious- try it!!! My husband ordered the Chicken Roti-another winner. The taste was robust...and the chicken was succulent. Each dinner came with a side of salad and potato casserole. There is a full bar if you are interested, otherwise she has a number of local juices like passion fruit.More
