We stopped by Cafe Concordia our first evening on the island for some food and live music, and it was a great time and wonderful way to get into the St. John spirit. Don't let the parking along the side of the road (WAY up the side of the road!) dissuade you...it was well worth it. The food was fresh,... More

Happy hour half priced painkillers and nachos with jerk chicken were our lunch after visiting Salt Pond Bay. We didn't stay at Concordia, but ate at the restaurant several times on our last trip to St. John. Great service and really good food!

A great spot for a low key lunch with a hilltop view of the sea below. Fish tacos were delicious! They have all day happy hour drink specials so be sure to ask your server.

The bar is the center piece of this beautiful covered deck overlooking Salt Pond. It is the ideal place for lunch or dinner after a day of hiking Ram's Head and/or a beach day at Salt Pond.....or it is worth the trip to "the end of civilization" as our waitress suggested. The Happy Hour drinks were very reasonable. There is... More

Happy Hour starts at 11:30am, how can that be bad? After a 1/2 day at Salt Pond, this is the ideal place to stop for cold drinks. At happy hour, beers are $1 off and Painkillers and Rum Punch is only $4 (1/2 price). The view and service are excellent!

We had dinner here one night, brunch on Sunday, and went to happy hour three days in the past week. Food quality was excellent, the prices for brunch are a bit high for the amount of food you receive, but must say the happy hour prices are the best on the east side of the island.
