Wonderful food! Soup very strange. Fish dinner fabulous. Pudding pleasant. Daiquiri cocktail lovely too. Price very good. No beer though. Location on the terrace very pleasant. Lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed the dinner and the experience very much.

It is highly recomended though sometimes the service is slow and poor. Very nice bombom cafe, very good food and the best location to spend some time at this city.

Ortuzar is probably the nicest restaurant in town. It has a very nice look from the sitting to the art on the walls, only that this time around it seemed that the only thing the waitress could say was "no hay". They had ran out...of a lot of things. I only gave a very good rating because we had a good time, but the food selection was not satisfactory. I hope they do better next time I go.More

Even when I've visited most of the "good places" for have a nice meal in Pinar del Río city, Café Ortuzar still been the only one with nice ambience, good food, incredible prices, easy to find, best location. The ropa vieja is the reason why,...no matter what, I have to come here everytime I'm in town. Is important to avoid coming up around 4-6pm becasuse only the portal Will be available while the kitchen "is recovering" (?) Service will take it time (more than 5 minutes to bring the menu, nobody will Say "hi" indoors) so, is gonna be better ask for it to the bartender and then let the waitress notice your presence (they will never do so). Cocktails are nice and national beers (Cristal and Bucanero) are always available for less than 2 CUC. The menu is large (fast food, seafood, etc), there Will be soups for each they of the week ( Ajiaco from Tuesday is my favourite and a very cuban plate) but my higlight is (so far) the Ropa Vieja, despite service behaviors or timing!More

Café Ortúzar is that place I need frequently. Being like in family, surrounded by a smiling and friendly personnel, always pending to your requests... that's all I need. Tonight I came just for a coffee, exquisite, as always. Winners of the TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence...2019 award should be a signal. Thanks to you all for the service.More

From snacks to totally okey seafood and burgers, coffee and drinks. Good internet connections and nice service. I'd say this is the only place you wanna go to during your stay in Pinar del Rio. The rest is just not worth trying. So don't miss...this one, and they also speak english.More

Cafe Ortuzar is a great place to visit. The food is very nice, they have a wide variety of drinks, especially coctails, to choose from and all this for very democratic prizes.

When you arrive at Café Ortúzar you know that you crossed that line where you had not been before, new or familiar faces, the atmosphere is the same: cleanliness, organization, refinement, glamour, but also simplicity, waiters and waitresses with the typical Cuban guayabera, more than...Excellent. It doesn't matter if you go for some tapas, some drink or ready for a dinner, lunch or a personal celebration. You know you're going to have a good time even if you have not had previous reference. I have seen clients having lunch at 9:30 or 10 in the morning so as not to miss their menu in that majestic environment for fear of not reaching a space at noon. That is called seal, personal brand of each business. An extensive catalog of national and international cocktails by young and talented bartenders, the best coffee in the whole city, the main dishes, the second ones, desserts, their celebration to your birthday with tambourines, games of lights, candles and much joy. From the public to the privacy you want, Café Ortúzar is the place.More

Our group of 5 went here for a Friday lunch. Very modern decor and air-conditioned. We ate comida criolla which was good and reasonably priced. I saw many other groups ordering various cocktails which all looked fabulous. My only criticism is that the wait time...was quite long- maybe 30minutes between ordering and the meals arriving. Otherwise, I would recommend this cafe.More
