Really incredible good dishes. The tuna tartar cone is just unbelievably delicious. Marlon, the chef, is a real superstar. Every day he is coming up with a new menu and the fish is freshly delivered by local fishermen every morning. The dinner menu is only...shared with guests in the afternoon as he checks the quality of the fish every morning first and then decides what to offer in the evening.
