Insanely fresh sushi

I could have had dinner here every night! The fish is so fresh with line caught fish from local fishermen. The menu was varied and the chef will make you your favorites even if not on the Omakase menu for the night.

One of the best Japanese restaurants outside of Japan

Really incredible good dishes. The tuna tartar cone is just unbelievably delicious. Marlon, the chef, is a real superstar. Every day he is coming up with a new menu and the fish is freshly delivered by local fishermen every morning. The dinner menu is only...shared with guests in the afternoon as he checks the quality of the fish every morning first and then decides what to offer in the evening. Just amazing to find a restaurant like this on the island.More
