The ambience and the food were one of our two favorites on our trip to St. Kitts. Our cocktails were made perfectly and delicious. Each one of us in our group of 5 from Grandma to my youngest child 12 all said they loved their meal and that it was much better than the night before at Marshalls (that was our worst meal, and was the same exact bill price). A lot of the restaurants add 12.5% service charge to cover all the staff. If you are looking for a higher end meal in a very cool dining environment on the water, you must book spice mill. My husband and I would have gone back a second time but my mom is one of those people that has to try new every night.

Had a lovely meal at Spice Mill while on vacation in St. Kitts. The restaurant is located on the beach and makes a great place for enjoying the sunset. The mahi mahi and swordfish were both perfectly prepared, and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating.

Spice Mill is a phenomenal gem in St. Kitts. We selected a trip across the island arranged by our cruise ship and loved every minute of the experience. The views here at Cockleshell Bay were by far the most stunning of any of the 5 islands we stopped at during the cruise. The best part is, Spice Mill is situated directly on the water on a pristine beach overlooking the beautiful bay. We were greeted by warm locals who genuinely worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our visit and they thought of all the small details to make it a superb experience. The private beach has plenty of comfortable and well maintained beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a small fee. The drinks and food were outstanding! We had the coconut mojitos and jerk chicken nachos and found them both delicious. I had absolutely no complaints about Spice Mill or St. Kitts/Nevis as a whole and will definitely recommend this experience to others. I hope to return to the island soon to keep experiencing this beyond beautiful destination.

We came here as part of a tour with Princess Cruises. There were beautiful views over to Nevis. A beach lounger was included in the excursion price, but you had to pay extra for an umbrella (or you could sit under a tree). It was relatively quiet when we got there, but it soon filled up as other buses arrived. The beach itself was wide, clean and sandy, with calm, clear, warm water – perfect for swimming. The Spice Mill staff were really friendly and there was a real laid-back Caribbean buzz. The cocktails at the bar shack were generous and yummy. They served snacks here too, or you could opt for a larger meal at the main restaurant. The evening menu looked amazing, including a beach BBQ on Thursdays. We would definitely be back if we were staying on the island.

The food was good. Not fantastic, but good Service was impeccable The one thing we questioned was the 12.5% vat. The restaurant’s menu stated that the 12.5 % was a tax, not a service charge to make it very clear that they wanted a full tip. Hmmm... every other restaurant had a 2.5% tax and 10% service charge. We then usually tip up another 10% to give a 20% tip. Not quite sure what is true or not. Total bill was almost $200. We stayed at the Marriott and it really isn’t worth the $48 taxi fee (round trip). Marshalls is sooooo much better.

We booked a 7:30 reservation a few weeks prior to our visit as this was one of the places at the top of our list. It was a rainy evening, so we hopped a cab from the Marriott a bit early ($22USD) and arrived at 6:00. Upon arrival it was explained to us that the restaurant would be catering a large private party that night. While they could have easily turned us away, they realized they didn’t communicate with us in advance about the event and honored our reservation. While they were limited on the cocktails they could serve, we had access to their full food menu. The setting was great, the food was great but most of all, their service is what really made our night. The staff was generous, the large party embraced us when the hired entertainment started! The people here are just good humans and they happen to have a really good thing going - give them a try!

We were staying next door at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts and walked over to have dinner at Spice Mill not once, but twice on our three night stay in St. Kitts!
The restaurant is beautiful, intimate, spacious and relaxing....the service is A++++....and the food is spectacular! The menu features local dishes that were large portioned, fairly priced and just delicious with a decent wine menu as well! We were lucky enough to visit during Spiny Lobster Season and it was so good, I enjoyed it two nights in a row (hands down the largest lobster tail I've EVER had) and the conch fritters were the best my husband and I (both foodies!) have ever had.
Do not miss out on this little gem - which during the day - appeared to offer beach loungers and spectacular views of Nevis!

We stayed at the Park Hyatt and had a short stroll over to Spice Mill for our first evening there. The restaurant is right on the beach and the breeze from the bay was pleasant. The decor was nice and the service as attentive. The food was delicious with just one exception. My salad appetizer was likely the smallest salad I've ever had. At $15 I don't think I had 7 tiny items on my plate. It was tasty but very small and I'm not a big eater. Make sure you check that the restaurant is open as large groups occasionally take over the whole place.

Owner Roger and his team at Spice Mill Restaurant have set a high standard for dining on St. Kitts. The restaurant has a wonderful beach side location in Cockleshell Bay and the decor and lighting at night makes for a magical dining experience. The menu is inventive and the servings plentiful and tasty! It's a peaceful location and highly recommended for dinner.

We stopped at the Spice Mill Restaurant on our first night in St. Kitts. We were met by Neslyn, the restaurant manager, and delivered to a beautiful table just inches from the sandy beach. The atmosphere and decor were lovely and our evening progressed to one of our best. The food was exquisite and the service was beyond our expectations. After finishing our conch fritter appetizer, I was served snapper with a crab and panko crust and my husband had the fish curry. Both were spectacular and we ended with the amazing bread pudding and coconut ice cream. Neslyn came back and shared with us a list of all her favorite places to visit on the island and on Nevis. We ended up having a fabulous week by following her very thoughtful recommendations. On our last evening, we returned to the Spice Mill and had another wonderful dinner. We found the island of St. Kitts to be one of the warmest and friendliest we have visited, and we want to thank Neslyn for making our visit so special!

The food at Spice Mill was fresh and & delicious. They were super accommodating with our requests (I.e. spice mill salad with Thai chicken strips, side of French fries, sides of rice & veggies) and food came out quickly. Lovely staff and experience. We the entire bottom deck to ourselves which was great from a social distancing covid perspective. Highly recommend! Super quick walk from St Kitts Park Hyatt!

Food was great and everyone was friendly. But a young guy on this beach will offer to take you snorkeling and find shells for you—watch out for him because he will harass you for money. We later figured out that the conch shells he “finds” for you are from a restaurant that has removed the conch meat (cuts in the shell) and he charges $10 to $15 for each! He literally plants them in the ocean and “takes you” to get them. We didn’t mind helping to an extent but he got a little mean if he didn’t think that you gave him enough money.

As a part of the Pedego Electric Bike Adventure put on by Pedego St. Kitts and Nevis, my husband, and the rest of the group on the adventure spent our last meal together at the Spice Mill. Everything we ate was great! I had the yellow fin tuna, coconut rice, assorted veggies and Johnny cakes. The Johnny cakes were addictive. For dessert we had a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, a perfect end to the meal. The service was wonderful. The space allowed our group to relax and communicate freely, while also allowing for private dining of others. My husband and I are probably going to go again tonight!

Spice mill was a great local foodie stop. We were welcomed by the owner Roger who showed us to the bar while they prepared our table. We arrived after dark so we couldn’t experience the beach they had but is was evident from the sound of the waves that the ocean we close to the bar. Great drinks that featured their own on site distilled rum and gin. Meal was great and had a very local vibe to it. I had the jerk pork and it did not disappoint. Finished a nice slow paced meal with the chocolate lava cake and ice cream and all in my family were happy. On our way out Roger offered me a tour of the distillery and I ended up buying a reasonably priced bottle of hibiscus gin. As well as tasting the rum. Great job by Roger and his team I highly recommend while in St Kitts you give the Spice Mill at least one night for your dinner needs.

Spice Mill once again did not disappoint! I just enjoyed a very delicious curry chicken lunch here today. I’ve eaten a lot of curry dishes but the one today was no ordinary curry. Beautifully balanced flavor & spice. Very tasty cocktails too! The beach was just perfect & the view of Nevis stunning! Love this place!
