This is a GREAT restaurant to stop off while skiing. They're always playing really loud, great music, and I love the atmosphere. Everyone is there to kick back for a few minutes and enjoy the break from skiing. The food is great, and I recommend a stop here highly if you're on the slopes. It's an easy run for those... More

A regular stop for us during a day on the hill! Friendly staff, juicy rotisserie 1/2 chicken and sides for 14.99 is plenty for 2- plus the pabts beer 24 oz 6 buck (went up this year so boo used to be 4!). Great historic lodge with rustic stone woodburning fireplace, great live music, and lively sun drenched deck and... More

Sit inside and warm up or sit outside soaking up some rays and listening to some music. The smoke house is great. The food inside is just as good.

Great lunch! I had the special rotisserie chicken and it was so tender. My family had bacon burgers and fries. You could've shared the meal because the portions are generous. Great views and even on cold ski day we could enjoy the view. We will go again. On a side note, if you are a green skier, like me, the... More

Gorrono Ranch and Giuseppe's were the best on-mountain eating at Telluride. Gorrono Ranch had a fantastic smoke shack where the chef took a lot of pride in his food. I had the ribs, beans and pulled pork on different days. Additionally, Gorrono is very conveniently located with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Messy and overflowing with great taste just the right kick in the sauce and a huge portion. Our favorite stop mid day, mid mountain and my daughter demanded we do so almost every day! Salmon sandwich was good as well, but that Pulled Pork... ok enough said!

Yes, it's expensive. It's a ski area. The food is OK, nothing special, but that's not the point. Nice lodge style dining hall, but if the weather's nice, it's a 5+ star outdoor venue, often with live music, great drinks, fire ring, and lounging on "the beach," the outdoor area with Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. After a morning or... More
