Went for Sunday lunch with big family group. Excellent food, and plenty of it. Good service considering the number of people on our table (15). Would certainly recommend this good country pub

We used to frequent this pub regularly for food but the drinks got dearer and dearer to the point where we have more or less stopped going. It's a great shame as the food is very good and reasonably priced. We don't mind paying a...More

Had Dinnre, just two courses, food was good, staff ok too. Just not sure about the Boss, think his name was Monty ? Seemed aloof, not rude or uninterested, but his mind seemed elsewhere ! Apart from that very enjoyable. Will go back soon to...More

Went there for evening meal on Saturday night. The pub was not very busy. A good selection of specials on the board. Meals were tasty, average sized portions.
