We visited for dinner based on a recommendation from our hotel and we were not disappointed. The shuttle bus arrived on time and although it was a bit crowded in the van, the drive up to Montepertuso from Positano offered some stunning views. We had a 6:30 PM pickup time, which allowed us to reach the restaurant and take some... More

We were picked up by the shuttle bus and taken to the restaurant. The food is slightly more expensive than other places in Positano but it was worth it. The truffle risotto cased in a cheese bowl was a highlight, full of flavour and different textures. The gnocchi was also delicious. A beautiful view of you are lucky to have... More

We ate dinner here on our honeymoon. The food was delicious, the view was amazing, and the service was fine. They offer a shuttle/car to pick you up from your hotel which is great, but after we finished eating dinner, we had to wait over an hour for a lift back to the hotel.

We were recommended to this place by a taxi driver and it did not disappoint. You need to book at least a couple of days in advance and the restaurant will send a complimentary car to collect you from your hotel in Positano and return you after the meal. Food is very good indeed with fresh seafood and vegetables from... More

We went to La Terra on one of our last nights of our honeymoon and at the suggestion of our hotel. It did not disappoint! My new hubby and I split the homemade pasta with fresh vegetables they grow on property and then had the grilled branzino which was buttery and delicious! We finished off the meal with the pear... This place is on the edge of a cliff with stunning views over the Amalfi coast. Best time to eat is at sunset to get the changing colors

On our first night back in Positano after a two year break we decided to go back to La Terra for evening meal. Not to be disappointed we had excellent evening and enjoyed lovely well presented food and wine. And live music to.A short walk from where we were staying. With views along the Amalfi Coast.

I am shocked that La Terre gets such good reviews. If you want a thoroughly pedestrian, touristy, overpriced and underwhelming meal, then this will meet your expectations. The free shuttle to take you up there is a dead giveaway. I am a New Yorker with high expectations and this was one of the most mediocre meals we have had in... More

Great food and beautiful views of Positano. We were staying in Positano and while it would be difficult to walk to this restaurant they have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off if you call. The food was fantastic. The views of Positano were breathtaking. Would definitely come back here again.

We went to La Terra on the recommendation of our hotel, and we absolutely fell in love with it. We went for dinner one night and then came back again for more. The food is incredible - it's hard to go wrong with fresh seafood and home grown veggies and a simple yet authentically Italian menu. The view is second... More
