I orderd fuzi (pasta) with smoked salmon, but got with cooked salmon 😢. I was really hungry & did not complain… the dish was really wattery, with yust cooked tomatos inside. Im really sorry but not worth to try any more. The staff was freandly.

We went there in the end of July. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, he stopped by to conversate with us, like we were some old friends of him. The fillets were delicious and very well cooked, the prices are a little higher than...the average of the area but it's definitely worth it. We absolutely reccomend anyone to stop byMore
A family business. Everyone helps and is just friendly and happy about every guest (even if it is full, there is always a smile). The food is to die for - the steaks just perfect and clearly there are a lot of other great dishes...(everything can be recommended). We are and we just like to come over. We visit this lovely quiet place in the middle of nature one, twice a year. Never, never, never were we dissapointed. Place is very domestic and good energy is felt all are areound. Great familly run restaurant. You can not order bad dish. Whatever you...eat is delicious and very tastefull. This time venison plate vas extraordinary. 3 tipes of meat, a lot of vegatable and fantastic chees roulade and dumpling for side dish. But at the and chocolate cake beats it all. It is melting in ones mouth. Delicious. If you are not arround it is a must to come here just beacause of the experience of tasting these great food.More
Amazing food, nice personel and beautiful place. Parking place and the feeling of home inside the restaurant. In summer you can sit outside on fresh air with a nice view.

Very goood food, from starters to deserts. Ambient is great, staff is nice and nature arouond is beautiful. It's also great starting point for hiking and in winter for ski touring and sledding. Highly recommend.
We ate a platter of wild bore and deer meat and it was delicious. The even have hamburgers. :) Staff is pleasant and speaks english and german fluently.
We decided to visit Karavla Koren for saturday escape lunch in nature. It was a good choice and we didn't regret it. We came early enough and all the tables were free. After an hour all the tables were taken. Service was smooth and waitress...was polite and effective. Choice of food variety is surprising and everyone can find something without problems. Our dishes were well prepared and size of portions is well balanced. We had a good time and great lunch.More
Great ambient with very sophisticated service. More than big surprice was extremely good food and relly nice and friendly staff. Have toys for children and books to read. We stepped into this lovely restaurant by chance, finding ourselves trapped in a slow an long queue towards the Austrian border. Rather than starving in our car, we decided to stop and try this restaurant and it was a wonderful surprise. The staff is very...kind and helpful and English is spoken perfectly, so no issues at all with our orders. The meal was exceptional in quantity and quality and the service just perfect even though the restaurant was very crowded and there was a birthday party going on, which might have drawn the staff attention away from us but it didn't. The restaurant offers tables in a lovely garden but it's also very nice inside and definitely clean. There is no kitchen smell in the dining rooms, which we really appreciated. Also our kids were very pleased with their lunch and with the entertainment, since there were toys made available for them while they waited. We can't wait for our next trip to Austria to have another great meal here.More
