The place is bit of a walk from Verbier but the view is worth it and stunning, food is great and it's not too expensive. Definitely one of my favorite spots for lunch!

Gorgeous family owned & run restaturant in a stunning location. Can drive in the summer though it's a lovely gentle uphill walk.

Stopped here following a recommendation. The setting is fantastic with views over Verbier and a terrace that gets the sun until about 6.30 pm in summer. Service is good and quick. We only stopped for puddings but the pudding menu is superb with a great choice of different desserts. A nice touch is that hey hand out blankets if it... More

A group of 7 of us came for a 'gourmet' walk called 'Les piers dans Le plats' where you walk through and stop at 3 different restaurants on the way. La Marlenaz is still as beautiful and friendly as usual. We had an Assiette valaisanne that was really delicious. We really love the place.

This is real treat. With the best views of any restaurant in Verbier, we felt it was worth the hour and a half uphill walk although there are easier ways of reaching it. Loved the enlarged terrace, the beautiful interior and the very Swiss menu of locally produced food. Essential to book.

We went to a private function. Location & food was great. Lovely spot if you are hiking or skiing. Quite high above the village if you walk ....

The Marélnaz ist a beautiful and rustic restaurant up the mountain in Verbier. The view is fantastic from one of their terraces and inside you feel instantly cosy and at home. The service was phantasic, welcoming friendly and fast. The food is well prepared, delicious and beautiful served. A mixture between traditional and modern interpretation.. We totally enjoyed our stay... More

La Marlenaz was by far, our favorite meal while on vacation in Verbier. So quaint, beautiful, authentically Suisse! Our waitress helped guide us through a very traditional menu and helped us select a fantastic bottle of Suisse wine. The meal was incredible- topped off with a to-die-for dessert!! The evening ended with a sledge ride back to our taxi... We've... More

It takes about 20 minutes walking in the snow to get to this remote Chalet and it's worth it! The restaurant is decorated in the chalet style. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. The food is nothing very fancy or high class, but is exactly what you expect in the mountains: fondue, roesti, etc. We have been going... More

A restaurant in the heart of nature Situated at 1895m and easily accessible by ski or on foot, the cafe-restaurant La Marlenaz welcomes you seven days a week throughout winter and summer. Our full menu is served non-stop every day throughout the season. We recommend making dinner reservations! We do not take reservations by email. We speak both French and English. Tradition and Innovation Our menu is composed of both regional and international specialties, with a changing list of signature and seasonal dishes. With meats, cheeses, produce and wines from nearby Valaisian farms, our cuisine reflects the quality of ingredients, passion for our work, and local authenticity.
