The bar, open from 11am, and its adjoining terrace basking in morning and evening sun, revolves around a sweet or savoury breakfast, a speciality of the day at lunch, a pause for a drink: hot chocolate or mulled wine, an aperitif where you can feast on tapas, enjoy the Valais favourite tipple Le Fendant, the Rosé de Provence from Michel Roux's vineyard, which is vinified by Château Minuty near St. Tropez or one of the many other drinks from our wide selection of cocktails, wines and spirits.
