My family and I went here twice during our stay in Cochem. The wine, food, and service were first class.

A very nice wine bar with a nice menu. The wine list has indeed a very large variety of german wines, the foodstuff matches nicely.

Best place to try award winning wines in 2 ounce portions. The staff, including the well trained school girls all speak excellent English. The food is very light and designed to complement the wines.

They have a very nice menu for wine tasting. You can choose a wine set based on your preference (Red, white, rose, dry, half dry, sweet) and with every set you get four different small glasses of wine. Wines are high quality and the price for this experience is really a bargain (€4.90 for four wines). They have an extensive... More

This friendly family run wine bar makes for a pleasant evening. The establishment offers nice cheese selections and cold cuts next to other small dishes which accompany well the nice wine list. We went twice and much enjoyed it.

Plesant owner served us lokal "tapas" during the vine tasting. Small location, but nice place. I recommend this place.

We went here to taste their wines and make a small lunch out of their tapas servings. The wine was excellent and we ended up drinking several glasses and buying a couple of bottles. Very pleasant place to sit on a second floor balcony on the Cochem riverfront.

A warm and cozy wine bar in the center of Cochem that has never disappointed us. Stefanie and Ulrich Ring are warm and welcoming and the food that Stefanie prepares in her micro-kitchen is amazing. The focus is on the wine with tapas and cold plates to allow them to shine. Stefanie makes some wonderful soups especially her tomato with... More

As a wine student I was looking for somewhere comfortable and informal to taste wine at my own pace. Here they offer a wide range of wines, all made from their own vineyards, but across a variety of different styles and grape varieties - both white and red (even rose). Many have won awards and the owner, Stephanie, speaks good... More

Once again this was a chance discovery. We wanted somewhere for a quiet drink after strolling around this quaint town. This place had a covered balcony upstairs with pleasant views over to the river. We chose the large sharing plate with a couple of glasses of wine. The food was great, just pleasant little nibbles, but oh so tasty! The... More
