We visited because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed.
Our staters were a mixed platter , mains Chicken tikka Marsala and chicken Biriyani. All delicious, efficiently served.
Both servers very helpful and the chap was nice with interesting conversation.
Would...definitely return and recommend.
Thanks for looking after us.More

Thank you very much dear guests for your visit and honest appreciation. We highly regard it. The pleasure was our side. Yes indeed, it was very interesting to know/understand how same Indian disches can be different in England as compared to in Germany. But the...More
Without context, an Indian restaurant in the Black Forest is bound to be a sensation (as the ratings here suggest). And while not truly awesome, the food does have its moments. For example, the chicken kadai I ordered was quite spicy - not very spicy...as I ordered, but spicy enough. The chicken seemed to be pre-cooked and had spent some time in the fridge before being served. The overall impression of the meal was not bad, but it’s certainly not worth five stars.
Be forewarned, however, that in case you want salad as well, this needs to be ordered separately - the main dish I had only came with rice.
A special note also on the naan - it was just bread. I’ve had copious amounts of naan, and never before have I been served regular white bread before.More
Came here with the family last year when staying in Bad Liebenzell and loved it. Friendly staff and superb food. This evening my husband has diverted to Bad LIebenzell for the night on his way home from the Alps just so he can eat there...again! He said it's just as great - friendly service with authentic Indian food that can suit all palates. Go there if you're passing that way, definitely recommend!More
This was our second visit, and the meal lived up the high standards set by the first. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant, while not ornately decorated, is impeccably clean and cozy. The combination makes it feel like you have been invited into...a family home. (but you won't have to help wash dishes) Veda is a delightful surprise and I highly recommend it. We will be back!More

This is the best Indian food we’ve had in Europe. The food was really great. The service was excellent. I would recommend the Veda platter so you can taste all the appetizers. We got grilled lamb tikka. The lamb and chicken are fresh and LOCAL....You’ll be surprised at the quality and authenticity in such a small town. Speaking with the staff, they truly care that their food tastes authentically Punjabi.More
