Traditional, but not old fashioned. Food is very well made, modern traditional german food. Service personnel know their stuff and are very friendly.

I spend the night there. Great place to go running round the city on the old wall. Very good veggie food - I had polenta with goat cheese and vegetables. Breakfast was also very good selected. I already booked another stay!
