Le Café Llorca is yet another bistro of a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in the Cote d’Azur, offering excellent food without ridiculous prices. (The mother restaurant - Restaurant Alain Llorca, named appropriately after the famous chef – is located just a few kilometres away in La Colle-sur-Loup.) As with similar bistros in the area, you certainly don’t seem to sacrifice much... More

This is not a sea food restaurant, but I had two sea food dishes and both were excellent, so I can recommend that. My wife had a sea food and a vegetable dish and was also extremely satisfied. For dessert they have a large selection of delicious cakes.

Café Llorca is a trendy restaurant well situated in the heart of Vallauris. Good choice on the menu for food as well for wine. We started withe the foie gras which was excellent. For the main course we took the lamb chops. They really were succulent and to die for 😉Good choice of desserts but they didn't had the same... More

It may be called a cafe but it's really a restaurant and a very good one too. Fish soup served with roue and croutons just as it should be followed by the best, most tender and flavourful entrecote steak I've eaten in a long time. Served with buttery mashed potatoes and a delicious beef jus. This, in turn, followed by... More

Such a yummy dish. The lamb was tender and melt in your mouth with a slightly crunchy exterior on a bed a the lightest whipped pumpkin mash infused with baby mushrooms and crunchy shallot. Totally divine. Our host selected a red wine to go with dinner and we shared desert from the selection of mouthwatering choices. Absolute love!

During our stay to France we visited the restaurant twice, and both times the food was delicious. For kids, they offer two dishes not on the menu, which is either fish, or duck. The duck was really nice, and both kids really enjoyed it (it came with potatoes and gravy). The servers were very hospitable, and really helpful when choosing... More

So it was all fine, not huge portions, all pretty competent but not quite what I had been expecting from the previous reviews. I had the menu gourmande. Good salad starter, vg main of rabbit. My partner had octopus with pomme purree. Which was fine. But not amazing. And definitely not worth €28. The desserts were a real let down;... More

This restaurant provided the perfect Michelin experience in France. Avoiding the absurd prices seen in Cannes and elsewhere on the shores of the South, the dishes are reasonably priced (with a 32 euro set menu price) and brilliantly balanced. The lamb was a highlight.

We enjoyed a beautiful meal with friendly but not too attentive service. The desserts are not to be missed
