Kaya is a superb restaurant. The menu is imaginative and food is beautifully prepared and presented. Service is good and full of surprises. Tanguy and Jules have created a delightfully designed restaurant which works equally well at lunchtime or in the evening. One visit is...not enough.More

A flavour of Michelin star magic has arrived in Tignes Le Lac . The food was inspired & delicious. Steak tartare to die for ! The waitress was friendly ,informative & attentive. We will definitely visit again .

Nice restaurant and good ambience, but disappointed by the fact that almost half the main courses on the menu were sold out... - combined with a high price level. Would think twice before visiting again.

In a group of 10 we had 50%of our meals were poor, tasteless or horrible and extreamly expensive. When we complained the owner laughed at our complaint. They did re cook two main courses both Pork but these were still terrible. No reduction offered from...the bill or explanation, never eat here again the most pretentious place in the Alps, AVOID... Only good thing was the waitress who served us was great. Much better places to eat in Tignes.More

As it was my birthday my husband wanted us to go somewhere special. The Kaya is nowhere like any of the other restaurants in Tignes, it is so much more! The ambiance is excellent, it’s super cosy and has a nice “mountain meets expensive” feeling....We, 2 adults and an 11 yr old, had each 3 courses and the food was really good. For main we shared 1 kg black angus and the meat was tasty and cooked medium rare as ordered. For desert I tried the chocolate dome which really looks super cool. It is a bit strong on the truffles so I would recommend it unless you really like truffles. Service is attentive, the drinks are innovative and I would absolutely recommend this place for a special occasion.More

What a lovely find ! Service was spot-on, menu was interesting and everything we had really hit the spot. Not cheap by any means but we were very pleasantly surprised when whole night (drinks, 3 courses and no holding back on anything) came to just...over Euros300. Nice ambience, some quirky furniture and fittings gives the place a very nice feel. Would highly recommend for a special night out.More

Had an amazing dinner at Kaya. Wonderful interior, great service and superb food. The anuses were very thoughtful: anongst others lemon foam, white chcocolate bonbon with cucumber cream, and flambeed parsnip (?).They were accompanied by fresh bread with orange-flavoured butter. Adventurous but wonderful flavour combinations....As starter, we chose the coquilles and prawn gyozas. The gyozas came in a soup, and were delightful. The coquilles were ceathery soft of flavour and texture. For main, my partner chose the Octopus and Squid, which I understood to be excellent. I chose the maigret de canard, which came with grilled mushrooms and apple. Overall, highly recommended. Great atmosphere, and a restaurant that is able to provide an exciting taste adventure.More

What a find in Tignes! One of the most interesting menus, lovely decor, friendly helpful staff and produce sourced from the region. Absolutely our best meal of an amazing week.
