We visited le flambeau to try the traditional cheese fondu for the first time and we were not disappointed. It was absolutely delicious and Fanny was so friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic food, amazing local wine, wonderful personable service, intimate size with open kitchen hatch to watch the chef preparing the dishes, we had a couple of requests which were met beyond expectations , the pumpkin soup served with croutons and local cheese was simply superb and the skirt steak with red wine and shallot sauce was also excellent The menu... As a fan of tartiflette i really enjoyed this one. I could say that it's not big enough but it comes with salad and a plate of cooked meat wich is way enough.

Fanny's cheesy raclette was not only big and generous but it was hot and oh so melty. I succumbed to temptation and put it ALL over my meat. And my potatoes. Slightly confusingly, so did my wife. Meanwhile, the kids delved into Fanny's steaming tartiflette, while we continued to scrape the hot cheesy triangle in front of us. And then... More

This is the fifth time we have visited here , each time it's been just as good ! A very lovely place with great food and very friendly service . It's a really unique atmosphere , high quality and relaxed . My favourite in Les gets .

went here for my birthday and the food was out of this world. LAdy waitress spoke very good english and helped us translate the menu. pudds were to die for

The food was freshly cooked and served promptly. Between the 4 of us, 2 had a set menu, whilst the other 2 had the fish special. The fish was excellently cooked, and served with delicious fries. The dessert selection was great, with the nut and caramel tart being a particular favourite. However, we felt that the set menu was expensive... More
