We were there in march for a Stag weekend. Our hotel was above so very convenient (Les Airelles). We used this place regularly for the first hour or so of most evenings. We were a little loud as you might expect and the bar was very accommodating. Good variety of beer, good snacks, good price. Always different and friendly clientele.... More

It's a typically English styled bar but with wonderful French staff who banter at the right level for all of their customers. The drinks are priced reasonably and the food is cheap and is served fast. It's perfect for that quick pint or for settling in for the night to watch some sports and chill with friends. It's got a... The food was good, and the music was perfect for English tourists. They had a variety of drinks and shots. The football was played on the tv's and there was a pool table. The staff were very friendly and gave us free souvenirs. I would recommend to everyone

Good choice of beers and a decent snack menu. If you're after watching sport, you'll get this here too. Very handily placed if you're staying at the Venosc end of town.

3 of us popped in here after walking out of The Smithy as is smelt a bit grim. Pleased to say that the welcome we got at The Red Frog was good. Friendly staff, good drinks and full coverage of just about any sporting event you would want to watch. Locals seem to use the place as a drop in... More

The only downside to this little pub is that the only lager they serve on draft is Stella but that's the only downside - nice spot for a quick one

Whilst everyone else will pile into the Pano Bar on the slopes, the Umbrella Bar at the base, or the Polar Bar in the centre, the Red Frog often gets forgotten. A small-ish, but well stocked bar, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and unlike many of the other bars neither packed to the roof or disconcertingly empty. Well worth... More
