Camille has been cooking this famous dish for over fifty years. You must decide between the bouillabaisse or lobster when you book and you must book.Set overlooking a beautiful bay with friendly service and good white whine from nearby Cassis this place is rightly revered for its unsurpassable star dish.People even come from Marseille to have Camille's legendary bouillabaisse.A trruly wonderful... Very good bouillabaisse but overpriced like everything in St Tropez. The decoration is mediocre which is a pity given the nice surroundings of Cap Camara. Good for food not for romance or a first date

The view from the restaurant window is amazing, overlooking a nice bay. We ordered bouillabaisse and a dessert paired with a nice rose. The soup itself is an experience you want to try. It doesn't come cheap, but like every piece of artwork, you need to pay to get the best! Bravo Chez Camille!

A friend recommended the place for one of the best bouillabaisse in the region (pre-ordering necessary). The location is beautiful (secluded little sandy beach), the restaurant is all but fancy, actually the interior is not really nice. The owners and the young waiters were charming. One of the older waiters must have had a bad day: sloppy un-motivated service and... More

Over the years I have visited this restaurant a number of times. The first visit I was knocked out by the location, the romantic view of moonlight reflected in the sea and the regular 'flick' of the Camaret lighthouse. But since then the quality of service has declined and the care in the preparation of the bouillabaisse seems to have... More
