It took more than two hours to eat a three course dinner. The restaurant was full but as we had a menu it should not be so long between main course and dessert. The service was too casual. If you don't like garlic choose an other restaurant. The salad was prepared in advance so the cucumber was dry, the fish... More

The food here is a bit on the rich side, which is perfect after a hard working day hiking the Calanques. Wine can be better, but it reflected on the price. Fish soup was solid, a bit rich but works for me. The loud filet with shrimp sauce is just perfect. The main dish by itself is just great. Dessert... More

Friends and I stopped for a pre dinner cocktail and snack... We were welcomed by a very busy and completely charming lady who made sure we were well settled and checked on us often. I can't say much more than a perfectly made mojito (with a possibly questionable addition of marshmallows...) and some truly delicious tapas selected by the afore... More

With there being so many good restaurants in cassis this place really needs to up its game. Wishing one minute of looking at the menu we were asked to order....we still had no idea what we wanted and when my sister asked for a Cesar salad we were told they had no chicken! So we both ordered steaks..... It was... More

Restaurant prices in Cassis are not cheap so it's tempting to go for the reasonably priced fixed menus. I think that this is a mistake at this restaurant, the food was overcooked and dry and the service disinterested. Worst of all we were shown to a table in a corner beside a tatty old doorway with some old posts in... More

We were strolling around the port and ended up picking this restaurant. It's in a good location so that is why maybe many are fooled that this is a good restaurant. We got some food which was alright but nothing you would want again, wasn't special at all. But when we payed, the server didn't give us the right amount back... More

This restaurant is on the quayside (Quai des Baux) in the attractive fishing harbour of Cassis, just 22km east of Marseille. Cassis is a good centre for boat trips to the Calanques -little coves, and for the highest sea-cliff in France Cap Canaille (362m). We were taken here by friends for lunch. All the quayside restaurants were very busy. Considering... More

Location is great. You are right on the port, which is always enjoyable, especially in the evening. Staff was very nice, but our waitress seemed overwhelmed. We ended up staying for almost two hours, while we arrived pretty early (for France), around 7:00 pm. Great choice of seafood, which matches the location. Food was nice. Nothing exceptional, but it seemed... More
