Chose this restaurant because of its proximity to Hotel Crystal and we were delighted. One duck and one tournedos went down very well, followed by the mouse and profiteroles which brought a look of delight to my son's face when he saw them on the menu, only surpassed when he tasted them. I understand what others have said about atmosphere... More

A cut above the standard bistro fare. The ficelle Picardie (regional speciality) was lovely – very delicate unlike the same dish I had elsewhere the next day. We ordered "poire belle Hélene" as dessert as it used to be our regular dessert in Switzerland so many years ago, and found it too trivial to be satisfactory: canned, synthetic... More

This is a very good modern brasserie. Not the most characterful room in an unassuming building but it delivers good food and a good standard of service. All the dishes were particularly well presented for a restaurant in this price bracket, and most importantly all well cooked. Beef fillet topped with foire gras was generous in the extreme. Not the... More

Lovely old building in prettiest part of town. Good food at reasonable price even for a large group. Highly recommended.
