We dined here on our first night in Arras after travelling all day. We wanted a family restaurant suitable for two children age 10 and 16. There is a varied menu with plenty of pizza and pasta choices. The service was friendly and quick and the children well catered for, even though the restaurant was buzzing with local Friday evening... More

Service was fast with excellent menu choices. Nice location just off one of the popular squares in the city. Busy and nice atmosphere

We stayed in Arras for one night. We chose this restaurant as it had a good rating on trip advisor. Good was good. We had a nice strawberry mojito. Staff were really nice, but they did look a bit rushed off their feet.

The pasta and pizza were good, but the deserts (tiramisu and crème brûlée) were excellent. The staff is friendly, but seemed a little 'stressed' because it was very busy.

Noticed this Restaurant whilst out at the Xmas Market and as the wife liked the Menu we came back in the evening. If you want to eat at this restaurant either get there early or book as within 15 minutes of us sitting down they were turning people away. The staff were attentive and quickly got our food and drinks... More

One of the worst restaurant pizza I have ever had. The spaghetti carbonara was nice so if you go there please stay away from the pizza menu!

We have eaten at Viviani many times on stopovers to the UK and it has usually been pleasant. However, we arrived with friends and received very slow service, then all receiving and eating our starters at different times. My main meal of lasagne was very poor with ham and no beef .. Just weird. I complained but an unsatisfactory response.... More

Our group has a very basic understanding of the French language. Because we arrived early at 7pm, staff were very helpful with explaining the menu and taking our orders. Food was delicious and none of our group of 5 was disappointed.
