We took the €63 menu, a bottle of Entraygues white and of Saint Joseph red. Top quality all round, endless extra 'amuse bouche' delights, prompt friendly service. We have enjoyed this little restaurant over the years and endorse the Michelin star it enjoys every year. Simply, this is quality enjoyment. Thank you

Delightful restaurant, full and bustling with excellent service and superb food.We had planned to come to the restaurant and it fully justified the detour. Every course was interesting and sometime challenging. Well deserved of its Star.. only downside was the card machine would not accept our card so we had to go to ATM to take out cash!!

Based on review we reserved this place well in advance and where not disappointed. The meal was excellent, also for our (small) children ...which is not a given thing. Arguably this could be the best place in town :)

One of the great pleasures France has to offer is the delight of finding superb dining in the most unexpected places. While Rodez has found a spot on the map with the recent opening of the Musée Soulages, it's not exactly Paris. And yet Gouts et Couleurs can give the finest of Parisian restaurants a run for their money. Entering... More

We have been traveling in France for 7 weeks and eaten in many wonderful restaurants but this restaurant has been the greatest for us,From the moment we arrived until we left. The owner brought a French/English dictionary to the table to help us convert but to our amazement we didn't need it. From start to end each course was tasteful... More

My first review on Tripadvisor was of this restaurant, prompted by the excellence of the food and service. Three years later it is still brilliant. Dined there yesterday and had another remarkable experience. The food is sublime in terms of concept and execution. Unusual combinations of flavours, but always restrained, frequently surprise the palate and turn the experience into a... More

Visited with two guests from Vienna for lunch after the Solange Museum. First visit, nice table on the terrace, nice welcome, professional and friendly staff. We had the Menu du Jour but were treated as if we had ordered the most expensive items on the menu. Excellent wine list - since we had a long drive afterwards we just had... More

One of the things that impresses me in this restaurant is that the numerous details are put together in such a way that they form an attractive, fascinating and often surprising whole. There are harmony and contrasts in colors, flavours and textures, in older and modern cooking techniques, in food and wines, in the creations in the plates and on... More

With a couple of friends we went to this restaurant: it was really the best dinner we had for a long time: we tried the menu passion with a lot of different tapas and the chef surprised us every time even more. Beautiful combinations and presentations. We were well advised by the hostess for the wines that combined really well... More

We have been here a number of times. However, although the service is impeccable and the food beautifully cooked this is a perfect example of where "less is more". The food is very tasty, but often there is one to many flavours, masking the quality of the cooking. Even the use of some ingredients is overdone, overpowering more subtlety of... More
