Myriam and Gerard are so welcoming, and have created something really special. A truly authentic salon du the with a friendly atmosphere, amazing products to tempt you to buy, but also delicious lunches. They serve a vegetarian meze style plate which offers the most wonderful...combinations of flavours on one plate, great value for money and absolutely delicious! We often pop in for coffee and a slice of gerards delicious cakes ( lemon & poppy seed slice, and a chocolate & almond torte) Seek them out, but book a table if you go for lunch as they are popular!More

A wonderful little place, tucked away on rue Victor Hugo in Mazamet. A Salon du Thé & épicerie that serves vegetarian lunches from 12-2pm. We both had the plat du jour which was, as the photo illustrates, a meze consisting of a wonderful array of...tastes & textures from figs to melon, falafel to a tartine of fromage frais with herbs - truly delicious. A glass of local rosé, coffee with homemade gluten-free lemon & poppyseed cake was a perfect lunch. Highly recommended.More

Not only is this a comfy and beautiful little café, but we were flabberghasted by the fantastic food at lunch. You are vegetarian/vegan: this place is for you. We will be regulars from now on!

This restaurant was recommanded to us during our stay at La Villa de Mazamet. We had a lovely lunch here. The lady who owns the place is so friendly and warm, we felt really welcome. It's a vegetarian 'salon de thé' (we're not vegetarians) where...you can have a lunch menu (set menu) or all kind of cakes and sweets. We started with a lovely melon gazpacho and the had a HUGE plate with all kind of dishes (falafel, mushrooms, carrots, goat cheese toast, melon, ...). We really liked the North African style of spices they use. The lemonade was refreshing.More

We love coming here for tea, but they do wonderful vegetarian lunches too. This place is also a tea and coffee shop who sell delightful things for little presents for friends and family. Well worth a visit, but you have to book for meals as...they are very popular!More

Book in advance, as this small salon du thè is quickly filled. Stéphane and Réjane work hard to make this charming little tea shop a friendly and relaxed place for lunch. No such thing as a 'simple salad' here, as the salads are packed with...fresh ingredients, pasta, crudités, herbs etc, just delicious. Why not try the 'plat du jour' the hot dish of the day, again tasty, fresh and accompanied with wonderful garnish. The desserts are to die for my favourite is certainly for the chocoholics, the 'truffon' which is a brownie base topped with Grenache... All in all, an authentic experience and delicious food with friendly owners... Not to be missed!More
