We stayed here two nights and found the service very good and friendly. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and after checking in were able to book a table for the fix menu. We were advised that if we wanted to eat the following day we would need to book the following morning. The Sunday evening meal was very good... More

One of our group did a lunch time reconnaissance and said it was excellent. So then the whole group reserved for dinner. The 31 euro menu was fabulous. The extra cheese course was a hit. The chef is in and out of the restaurant and obviously loves his job. The kitchen is an extension of the restaurant and runs like... More

This is a rogue chef who wanted to make things his own way-special way, and he is successful. Even he came to our table to explain the preparations. A great choice in the Grand Pyrénées Mountains.

Easy access and parking available make this a joy from start to finish. The open kitchen is a great experience and the food is very regional and the freshness is exceptional. We selected the 4 course degustation (€38) which turns into 5 with the amuse bouche and 6 if you opt to add the cheese course (€8). Amazing value for... More

This is a hotel restaunt. Not merely good quality food but an exceptionally well designed and executed menu. Each dish has subtle flavours which reveal themselves as you eat them, and the variety and skill in preperation is obvious. There are two set meals (4 course) which the chef is more than happy to explain if your French isn't up... More

We booked a table for 5 New Years eve 2014. The layout of the restaurant, with the kitchen open to the dining area ,added to the atmosphere. The chefs were relaxed and obviously enjoying and interested in the food preparation. The quality of the food was excellent and obviously lovingly prepared. We could not fault the evening and would thoroughly... More

stayed 2 nights in their hotel on a cycling trip and really enjoyed it. Stephane prepares excellent dishes from local ingredients, by far the best meal we had anywhere in the Pyrenees.
