Good food and a good value. Decor sparse, but a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Not easy getting in and out strip mall, but well worth the effort. We had the sampler appetizer platter, the spring rolls were the best. If we go back when...in town, we will get the spring rolls.More

A very good, simple, attentive Thai restaurant. We had Tom Kha soup, Coconut Shrim, Thai Fired Rice and Red Curry Chicken... All of them very good. Planning on visiting them again with the kids.

My grandsons had never had Thai food which could have presented a challenge, but they loved the spring rolls and satay. I had the duck with basal which my son said he would prefer next time. The uncle bobs chicken was a hit with one...grandsonMore

I love this gem! There isn’t one thing that I’ve had that isn’t delicious. My absolute favorite is the chicken Panama curry spice #2. It’s lick the bowl good! Service is wonderful even when you carry out!

Baitong does not use fish or oyster sauce and will gladly omit the eggs also from the entrees. It's practically a two person staff in the dining area so small chit-chat will be missing - but that doesn't mean the staff is not friendly. The...entrees are good sized portions. We liked the drunken noodle. The curry fried rice would have been better with more pineapple and scallions. The Hi Ginger had a mild ginger flavor. The liquid in the Green Curry was not quite as thick as we would have liked. But overall, a satisfying dinner experience.More

would give them 0 star if I can. We came in on Aug 4, 2018. We waited 20 minutes for the server to take our order. We finally put the order in but the food took forever to come out. We were upset but thought...things happen, maybe they are short handed or so. Anyway, I ordered Earth, wind, and fire (shrimp and chicken), I asked for level 2 on the spiciness, so basically mild. The food arrived and my dish was very spicy, hot spicy, maybe the highest you can get... I ate it because I was hungry. Then I found a hair in the food. I called the server, he brought in a lady who apologized and offered to prepare another less spicy dish. I didn't take the offer because I wasn't going to be home for the next few days so I asked for a credit for the next visit or simply to remove the dish from the check. She said she couldn't do that because the manager wasn't there. She took my name and agreed to give us the same dish at no charge for the next visit. I was fine at that time. Now this is where I lost it, we asked for the check and for to go boxes, again it took at least 10 minutes+ for that to arrive. At that time were there for almost an hour and half and the kids were tired. The check arrived and they had the guts to include a 20% gratuity!!!!! $18 of tip for all this trouble??? I was so upset and called the waitress back, pointed to the tip and she said: You have a party of five and we charge for five people and up. We were 3 adults, a kid, and an infant who didn't even order a main course. I couldn't believe what had just happened. We paid and left, I told her that we will never come back again.More
